PHZVED, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the GroupSend mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Contact Information

GroupSend requests access to your device's contact list to allow you to create groups and send messages. This information includes:

• Contact names
• Phone numbers

Important: All contact data remains stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or access your contacts on any external servers.

1.2 Photo Library Access

If you choose to attach images or videos to your messages, GroupSend requests access to your photo library. This access is used solely to allow you to select media for your messages. Selected media remains on your device and is only shared when you send messages through Apple's native messaging system.

1.3 Message History

GroupSend stores a local history of messages you've composed and sent through the App. This history includes:

• Message text
• Group names
• Timestamps
• Number of recipients

This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.

1.4 Subscription Information

If you purchase a premium subscription, we use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage subscriptions and process payments. RevenueCat may collect:

• Purchase information
• Subscription status
• Device identifiers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to:

• Enable core App functionality (creating groups and sending messages)
• Store your preferences and settings locally
• Manage your subscription status
• Provide customer support when you contact us

3. Data Storage and Security

All personal data (contacts, groups, message history) is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage mechanisms. We do not have access to this data, and it is not transmitted to any external servers operated by us.

Your data remains under your control and can be deleted at any time by:

• Deleting groups or message history within the App
• Uninstalling the App from your device

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. The only third-party service we use is:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management and payment processing
• Apple: Messages are sent through Apple's native messaging system, subject to Apple's privacy policies

5. Children's Privacy

GroupSend is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data (stored locally on your device)
• Delete your data (by deleting the App or specific data within the App)
• Revoke permissions (through iOS Settings)
• Cancel your subscription (through the App Store)

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.

8. California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Since we do not collect, store, or sell personal information beyond what is stored locally on your device, these rights are primarily exercised through managing your device's data directly.

9. International Users

GroupSend is operated from Jacksonville, Florida, United States. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
